I am so ridiculously pleased with how this turned out! Would definitely make the pattern again.
I didn’t want the stem of the head bobble to be too thick, so instead of crocheting it I made a 4-stitch knitted icord. Even with a pipe cleaner inside the bobble is too heavy to stand up. So if I make this again I might try the crocheted stem and stuff it to see if that helps.
My only nitpick is the color of the wings - I didn’t have any purple yarn in stash, so I had to use what I had on hand. Navy doesn’t look bad, but it’s not accurate!
It took me 6 hours and 59 minutes to make this softie.
